Prime Lift Rigging Academy LLC ("Prime Lift," "we," "us") operates an NCCER training and assessment center at 1605 US Highway 181 Frontage Rd, Suite A, Portland, TX 78374. This policy explains what we collect when you use our website or enroll with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. What we collect
- Enrollment information you give us: name, mobile number, email, the course or assessment you choose, your start date, who is paying, and any notes you add.
- Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe, Klarna or Afterpay on their secure pages. We never see or store your full card number.
- Site usage: standard server logs and basic analytics (pages viewed, device type). We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
2. How we use it
- To register you for a class or assessment, hold your seat, and collect your deposit or fee.
- To contact you about your enrollment: confirmations, reminders, schedule changes and balance reminders.
- To report your credential to NCCER's Registry when you pass. NCCER's handling of that record is governed by NCCER's own policies.
- With your separate consent, to tell you about future class openings, recertification deadlines, and to ask for a review.
3. SMS / text messaging
How you opt in
Our enrollment form includes two separate, optional checkboxes that are unchecked by default. Checking the first authorizes non-marketing texts (enrollment confirmations, class reminders, schedule updates). Checking the second authorizes marketing texts (class openings, recertification reminders, review requests). You may check either, both, or neither. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of enrollment or purchase.
What to expect
Messages come from Prime Lift Rigging Academy. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to opt out or get help

No sharing of your mobile information
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number, SMS consent, or opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data is used only to send you the messages you agreed to, through the messaging platform that delivers them on our behalf.
4. Who we share information with
Only service providers that help us run the business, and only for that purpose: our payment processors (Stripe, Klarna, Afterpay), our website host and form service, our messaging and scheduling platform, and NCCER for credential reporting. We do not sell personal information.
5. Your choices
- Text messages: reply STOP at any time.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us.
- Access or deletion: email primelift26@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. We keep enrollment and payment records as required for tax and credentialing purposes.
6. Security and children
We use reputable providers with encryption in transit for every form and payment on this site. Our services are for adults entering the trades; we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
7. Changes and contact
