Terms & Enrollment Policy

By enrolling in a course or assessment with Prime Lift Rigging Academy LLC ("Prime Lift"), or by using this website, you agree to the terms below.
1. Deposits, rescheduling and refunds
A $200 deposit is required to secure your spot. This deposit is non-refundable. However, you are allowed one reschedule as long as at least 48 hours' notice is provided. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
- Deposits are applied to your course total. The remaining balance must be paid in full before your class begins; seats are released if the balance is not received.
- Assessment fees are paid in full at booking and follow the same one-reschedule, 48-hour rule.
- Klarna and Afterpay pay the full course price at checkout and then split it into installments under their own terms; their fees, approvals and schedules are between you and them.
- In-house payment plans are arranged directly with our office. Your course cannot begin until the balance is paid in full.
- If Prime Lift cancels or moves a class, you may transfer to the next available date or receive a full refund of any amount paid.
2. Attendance and certification
- Full attendance and passing both the written and practical (performance) evaluations are required to earn an NCCER credential. Passing is not guaranteed by enrollment.
- Credentials are issued through NCCER's Registry. The NCCER Advanced Rigger credential is valid for five years from the date of issue.
- Students must follow all safety instructions and wear the required PPE. Prime Lift may remove a student who creates a safety hazard, with no refund.
- Arrive on time. A student who misses a required session may be moved to a later class at Prime Lift's discretion.
3. Prices
Prices shown on this site are current as of the date you enroll and may change for future classes. The price you pay is the price displayed at checkout.
4. Text messaging terms
If you opt in on our enrollment form, Prime Lift Rigging Academy may send you SMS messages at the mobile number you provide. Non-marketing messages include enrollment confirmations, class reminders and schedule updates. Marketing messages, sent only if you check the separate marketing box, include class openings, recertification reminders and review requests. Message frequency varies. We do not share your mobile opt-in information with third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
5. Website use
Content on this site is provided for information about our programs. Class dates and seat counts are updated regularly but are confirmed only when your deposit is received. This site is provided "as is"; Prime Lift is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site.
6. Governing law and contact
