Skip The Class.
Prove The Craft.
An NCCER assessment is how an experienced hand gets the card without sitting through a class. You take a proctored written assessment of what you know, and for crafts that call for it a hands-on performance verification, in our accredited testing room here in Portland. Pass, and the credential is recorded on the NCCER Registry, where contractors look first.
How it works
- Book a date online or call the office.
- Bring a government-issued photo ID (NCCER requires it) plus safety glasses, gloves, a hard hat and steel-toe boots.
- Written assessment, then the hands-on performance verification where the craft calls for one.
- Pass and your credential goes on the NCCER Registry.
- One flat $150 per assessment, paid in full when you book.
